Return Policy

 

DUE TO THE HIGH DEMAND FOR PPE, ALL SALES OF THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED:

Our policy is pretty simple. If you're not 100% satisfied for any reason whatsoever, return it! We'll happily accept packages within 30 days of the sale date and we'll give you a refund for the cost of the items purchased. All we ask is that the product is not used, is in the same condition you received it and is in the original box and/or packaging. All returned goods must be of current models (not discontinued or clearance items). Custom items i.e. anything with logo service or special orders are not eligible for a refund unless it was an error from RAJ or the manufacturer. 

 

 

 Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the day the RA # is issued to return your merchandise.

All returns must arrive in a clean, “resalable” condition.

Place all merchandise back in the original packaging then place that packaging in a shipping box; you may reuse the original shipping container. However, DO NOT use the manufacturer's product box as the shipping container.

Do not tape anything to the original product packaging. (We need to get all products AND original manufacturers packaging back in new condition.)

Once your return is received and inspected by RAJ Supply (usually within 1-2 business days of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or the original payment method.

Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account. 

For wire transfer payments, all refunds will be issued to store credit. 

You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our Crystal River, FL warehouse. All shipping charges related to returns are non-refundable unless the error was caused by RAJ or the manufacturer. If your order was eligible for free standard shipping when you placed your order, and you return items from that order that reduces your order total below the amount necessary for free standard shipping, your refund will be reduced by the shipping charge that you would have paid on your original order. If you return items that had free shipping, your refund amount will be reduced by the amount that RAJ Supply paid to ship those items.

See below for instructions on where/how to get your return order back to us. Items should not be shipped back to the manufacturer; all returns need an RA (Return Authorization) number and will need to be returned to RAJ Supply in Crystal River, FL.

 

Return Shipping Options 

For customers in the contiguous 48 U.S. States, RAJ Supply provides the option of printing out a pre-paid UPS shipping label; the charge to ship the product back will be deducted from your total refund amount. 

For customers in any location, you have the option of using the carrier of your choice to return your order to us. We recommend shipping with a method that includes tracking and insurance for your return shipping. 

All shipments must be prepaid; packages shipped COD will be rejected. Any Refused, Undelivered, or Abandoned package will be subject to a $10 Service Fee.  

 

Need to Make an Exchange?

After you process your return, simply place a new order for the item you want. That means you will receive your new item(s) fast. 

Please note that you are still responsible for return shipping costs on your original order back to RAJ as per our return policy. 

 

Used or Damaged Merchandise 

Any merchandise which has been taken on a job site is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to walk on your carpet in your boots and try your vest, safety glasses, hard hats gloves etc. on indoors before heading out to work. 

Any merchandise which shows signs of use (scuffs, chips, scratches, marring, dirt, pet hair, smell, etc) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be returned.  

 

Closeout / Clearance / Bargain Bin / Shopworn Items

Closeout, Clearance, Bargain Bin, Shopworn item sales are final, returns are not allowed. 

 

Return Packaging

Items must be packed in their original bag or box and include all original tags and barcodes. The plastic bag that your item ships in protects the item from the cardboard box. Items packed without this protection most likely will arrive scuffed and will be returned to the customer. 

Please use the shipping box the order came in to return your items. DO NOT use the manufacturer's product box as the shipping box. If the manufacturer's box is used as the outer box to ship the return; RAJ Supply will consider this item to be damaged and non-resalable and will refuse the return. 

Un-used items that are returned with missing or damaged packaging, tags, components, etc. may be returned to the customer or subject to an additional processing fee of up to 25% of the merchandise cost based on the availability of those missing or damaged components.

 

Defects

Each manufacturer has its own warranty policy. RAJ Supply will assist customers with their warranty; however, RAJ does not provide any direct warranty on any item sold. 

 

Warranty Returns

Most manufacturers offer an additional warranty period which covers against merchandise defects. To determine warranty requirements for a specific item, please contact the manufacturer or contact us for assistance. 

Please note that the warranty process may take 4-8 weeks and will be subject to the individual manufacturer's policies and discretion. Manufacturer warranties do not cover defects determined to be caused by normal wear or due to customer negligence. 

 

Damaged Items

Please let us know ASAP if any items on your order arrive damaged. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures if possible. Damaged item claims are handled through the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS). We will assist our customers in these claims. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer than any of us would like!

 

Returns Process

You can request a Return Authorization number (RA#) by emailing cs@rajsupply.com or you may call customer service at 877-902-9417

You have 30 days from the day the RA is issued to return your merchandise, so please be sure to print and ship at your earliest convenience. Please do not tape anything to the original product packaging! We need to get all products back (and their packaging!) back in new condition. Place all merchandise in a shipping box; you may use the original shipping container. However, please DO NOT use the manufacturer's product box as the shipping container. It will arrive damaged and the package will be rejected by our returns department.

Please retain your return tracking information. RAJ Supply is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment. You will receive a confirmation email from RAJ Supply when your return is processed which will include the full details of refund credited.
