We get it, you got your package and set it aside for later, because you know……life happened.
Uh Oh, just realized your order isn’t what you wanted or the size is off a touch?
NO WORRIES!
As long as your order isn’t custom (made it your own) and you havent gotten sweaty and weird in it, you’re golden!
Now for the almighty fine print:
Return Policy
- No returns will be accepted without prior written approval from RAJ & Associates, LLC
- Please inspect your shipment immediately for incorrect, damaged or defective items.
- Returns must be made within 30 days after receipt.
- If your order was dropped shipped, please do not return to the manufacturer as you will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- You may return or exchange a product within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new, and resalable condition.
- Custom items are not eligible for a refund unless there was a problem on our end. Electrical parts are non-returnable.
- Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.
